Can I return my item for a refund or exchange?

Of course you can return to us If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for an exchange or full refund (t&c’s and policies) apply.

This does not apply during Black Friday Or sale items as products are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable

How long after purchase can I make a return?

Returned items must be received by us within 14-days of receipt.

Returns on mystery boxes:

Products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged even if you may already own that product or it is not to your suiting. Please be aware when purchasing that you may get a colour that you do not like etc however as this is a mystery box product choices can change dependant on availability.

How long does a refund take?

We aim to process all of our returns within 5-7 working days after we have received your parcel. During busy periods such as this may take slightly longer.

Can I get my shipping fees back?

unfortunatly any original shipping fees or return shipping charges are non-refundable.

I have received a faulty item, what do I do?

This is super rare and we can only assume this occurred during the manufacturing or in transit. Please send us an image or video to so we can look into it and help you further.
