Application Directions Apply TBE Rubber Base as the base layer and cure for 60 seconds. Apply a thin, even slip layer of Build A Base across the nail. Do not cure Next, apply a larger bead of Build A Base and gently distribute evenly across the nail, allowing the product to self-level naturally. Cure for 60 seconds.
